Want to see a direct link between your marketing and commercial growth?
This could be the role for you.
We’re looking for a Senior Performance Marketing Manager to join a global IT organisation and take ownership of B2B acquisition, lead generation and performance marketing.
This is a role for someone who likes looking beyond clicks and impressions. The focus is on generating quality leads, building pipeline and delivering measurable commercial results.
You’ll have real ownership across performance activity, working closely with Sales and commercial teams to understand what converts, optimise the funnel and continually improve the return from marketing investment.
What you’ll be doing
- Own and drive the B2B performance marketing strategy, with lead generation and pipeline at its core.
- Plan, launch and optimise campaigns across Paid Search, Paid Social and other digital acquisition channels.
- Take ownership of key performance metrics including leads, CPL, CAC, conversion, MQLs, SQLs and pipeline.
- Work closely with Sales to ensure marketing is generating high-quality, commercially valuable leads.
- Analyse campaign and funnel performance to identify where improvements can be made.
- Manage marketing budgets and ensure spend is delivering a strong commercial return.
- Test and optimise audiences, creative, messaging, landing pages and campaign journeys.
- Identify new opportunities to scale lead generation and improve acquisition efficiency.
- Build performance reporting that clearly demonstrates the contribution marketing is making to pipeline and revenue.
- Work closely with CRM, content and wider marketing teams to improve the journey from first interaction through to conversion.

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?
Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.
Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
