Senior Performance Marketing Manager

As a Senior Performance Marketing Manager, you are responsible within your team for ensuring that your clients' performance campaigns run smoothly! Through competent, strategic consulting and the derivation of targeted measures along the marketing funnel, you succeed in effectively increasing your clients' online presence and building long-term relationships with the largest online retailers in the e-commerce sector. But you are not only strong in client relationships; you also manage to take your team to a new level through knowledge building and best practice sharing.

Your tasks

  • You take responsibility for the strategic further development and success of your clients – from goal definition to campaign design and budgeting, through to the successful implementation and optimization of all measures.
  • You manage campaigns predominantly in the area of Google Search, Shopping & Display, and bring an interest in also engaging with other social channels.
  • You use data, analytics, and Marketing Mix Modeling (MMM) insights for data-driven media planning and strategic budget allocation across platforms (Google, Meta, TikTok, etc.).
  • You conduct ongoing performance reviews and always keep your clients' KPIs and performance targets in sight.
  • You communicate account developments and performance results effectively and solution-oriented.
  • You create convincing presentations and hit the nail on the head in client communication.
  • You share your knowledge within the team and support team members in their ongoing further development.

Your profile

  • You have a successfully completed education (degree) in the field of marketing and digital business.
  • You can demonstrate at least 5 years of professional experience in performance marketing as well as success in strategic client consulting.
  • You show a high degree of client orientation and are exceptionally solution- and result-oriented.
  • You bring broad e-commerce know-how, work strongly data-driven, and possess a deep understanding of technical topics and AI trends.
  • You have a structured, target-oriented way of working and enjoy taking on responsibility.
  • You are enthusiastic about analytical tasks and are strong in strategic thinking.
  • You like working in a team and enjoy sharing your knowledge and experience with your colleagues.

We offer a base salary starting from £47,000 per annum, with a strong willingness to overpay based on your specific qualifications and relevant professional experience.
