The Role

We're looking for a Senior Performance Marketing Manager to lead our Performance marketing strategy and execution across the full customer journey. You'll own the marketing calendar, oversee integrated campaigns across paid media, SEO, email, CRM, organic social, and digital PR, and use data-driven insights to optimise performance and maximise ROI. Working closely with ecommerce, creative, and leadership teams, you'll balance strategic planning with hands-on delivery, ensuring campaigns are executed seamlessly while driving customer acquisition, retention, and revenue growth.

You'll be an experienced performance or digital marketing professional with a proven track record of delivering commercial growth within ecommerce, retail, or consumer brands. Equally comfortable developing strategy and rolling up your sleeves to execute campaigns, you'll be highly organised, analytical, and commercially focused. You'll have strong knowledge of paid social, paid search, SEO, CRM, and digital analytics, with the confidence to manage multiple projects, influence stakeholders, and lead a small team in a fast-paced, ambitious environment.
