Senior Performance & Transformation Manager
We are seeking an experienced Senior Performance & Transformation Manager to lead enterprise-wide performance management and transformation initiatives within a large, complex organization.
Roles & Responsibilities
Enterprise Performance Management
- Lead the corporate performance management cycle including target setting, monitoring, business reviews, and executive reporting.
- Design and continuously improve enterprise KPI frameworks and departmental scorecards.
- Deliver executive-level performance analysis, diagnostics, variance reporting, and root cause assessments.

Transformation Management
- Lead and manage a portfolio of enterprise transformation initiatives.
- Develop business cases, financial models, benefit realization plans, and transformation roadmaps.
- Establish governance frameworks, stage gates, performance tracking, and value realization mechanisms.
Stakeholder & Change Management
- Engage senior leadership and executive stakeholders across the organization.
- Support change management, stakeholder communication, and adoption activities.
- Manage external consultants and advisory partners supporting transformation programs.

Requirements & Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, or related discipline.
- MBA or Master's degree from a leading institution preferred.
- 15+ years of progressive experience in performance management and transformation.
- Certifications: PMP, Lean Six Sigma, Change Management or PRINCE2.
