AI-KOMU is a European sovereign AI and technology platform building a new generation of AI capability across Europe. We bring together advanced AI technology, highly skilled technical talent, AI-enabled services and training to support governments, enterprises and strategic partners.

As AI-KOMU expands its European footprint, we are looking for an exceptional Senior Personal Assistant to support our C-suite leadership team.

Based in Weybridge, Surrey, this is an exciting opportunity for a highly capable and ambitious PA to become a trusted right hand to senior executives, with the scope to develop into a broader Executive Assistant role as the business grows.

Alongside supporting AI-KOMU's leadership, the successful candidate will gain exposure to a wider portfolio of international ventures spanning infrastructure, real estate and investment.

We are building ambitious businesses in a fast-moving, entrepreneurial environment where priorities evolve quickly and everyone, including the C-suite, rolls up their sleeves to get things done.

We're looking for someone who brings that instinctive right-hand quality: someone who thinks ahead, anticipates what's needed, takes ownership and brings order to complexity.

The Role

Working closely with the CEO, COO, CMCO and wider leadership team, you will provide first-class executive support while becoming a trusted and proactive extension of the team.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Managing complex executive diaries, inboxes, meetings and competing priorities.
  • Coordinating UK and international travel, including detailed itineraries, accommodation and logistics.
  • Preparing high-quality presentations, briefing notes, meeting materials and executive correspondence.
  • Organising meetings, tracking actions and proactively following up to ensure commitments are delivered.
  • Acting as a professional and trusted point of contact for Board members, investors, strategic and academic partners, government and institutional contacts, advisers and other senior stakeholders.
  • Anticipating executive requirements, identifying potential issues and helping resolve them before they escalate.
  • Tracking projects, deadlines and decisions across multiple businesses and jurisdictions, ensuring nothing falls through the cracks.
  • Supporting executive events, international meetings and wider business activities.
  • Providing administrative support for recruitment across the UK and international markets, including coordinating applications, liaising with HR and hiring managers, and arranging interviews.
  • Providing occasional support across social media, marketing and communications activity.
  • Managing expenses, confidential information and wider executive administration with complete discretion.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.

Only hits

No noise. No "maybe this fits." Just roles with a clear explanation of why they're right — and where to focus when applying.

The role requires flexibility, sound judgement and a willingness to take genuine ownership of tasks from instruction through to completion.

About You

You will already have strong PA experience, ideally supporting C-suite executives, founders, entrepreneurs or senior leadership teams, and be ready for a role offering greater exposure, autonomy and responsibility.

You will bring:

  • Exceptional organisational skills and meticulous attention to detail.
  • A naturally proactive approach, anticipating needs rather than waiting for instruction.
  • Confidence managing multiple and competing priorities in a fast-paced, sometimes high-pressure environment.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Professionalism and confidence engaging with senior-level stakeholders.
  • Commercial awareness, initiative and sound judgement.
  • Absolute discretion and trustworthiness when handling sensitive information.
  • Resilience, adaptability and a solutions-focused mindset.
  • A genuine willingness to roll up your sleeves, with a 'no task too big or too small' attitude.
  • Ambition, energy and enthusiasm for growing alongside the businesses.

Digital Skills & Experience

You will be highly proficient in Microsoft Office, particularly Outlook, Word, PowerPoint and Excel, and confident using digital tools to work efficiently and stay organised.

Experience with Canva is highly desirable, particularly given the opportunity to support occasional social media, presentation and communications activity. Familiarity with Gamma and Mailchimp would be advantageous but is not essential.

Given the nature of our core technology business, we are also looking for someone who is curious about AI and comfortable embracing new technologies, tools and ways of working.

Experience within an international business, family/private office, investment, real estate, infrastructure, technology or another entrepreneurial environment would be beneficial but is not essential.

The Opportunity

This is far more than a traditional PA position. You will work directly alongside an experienced C-suite, gain exposure to ambitious international projects and play a meaningful role in supporting businesses at an exciting stage of growth.

You will have visibility across multiple areas of the organisations, the opportunity to build relationships with senior stakeholders in the UK and internationally, and the scope to take on increasing responsibility as the businesses develop.

For the right individual, there is a genuine opportunity to progress from Senior PA into a broader Executive Assistant role, becoming an increasingly important right hand to the leadership team.

Location: Weybridge, Surrey
Working pattern: Hybrid – minimum three days per week in the office
Travel: Regular travel to Luxembourg and occasional wider international travel
Contract: Full-time, permanent
Salary: Competitive, dependent on experience, plus an attractive benefits package

If you're an outstanding Senior PA looking for more than a traditional support role, and want to build your career alongside ambitious international businesses, we'd love to hear from you.
