This is a unique opportunity to contribute to the development of one of NHS Fife's most significant new clinical services. As the dedicated pharmacist prescriber within the Adult Weight Management Service, you will play a pivotal role in establishing safe, effective and equitable access to weight management medicines while helping to shape future service delivery models.

Advanced clinical practice with real impact

You will work directly with patients living with obesity and associated comorbidities, undertaking clinical assessment, prescribing, monitoring treatment outcomes and providing expert medicines advice as part of a multidisciplinary team. Your work will contribute to improving health outcomes, reducing health inequalities and supporting person-centred care across Fife.

Professional development and innovation

The role offers opportunities to contribute to pathway development, clinical governance, evaluation, audit and quality improvement. You will work alongside experienced clinical leaders within Pharmacy and Dietetics while helping to develop an emerging area of practice within NHS Scotland.
