We are delighted to offer this exciting opportunity to progress your Pharmacy Technician career by joining our friendly, dynamic & forward-thinking pharmacy team at SWFT!

We are committed to providing a high-quality, safe & effective pharmacy service that makes a real difference to our patients, and we are looking for a highly-motivated, GPhC-registered Pharmacy Technician to join our well-integrated clinical & technical team to achieve this.

  • Key Requirements:

    • Qualified Pharmacy Technician registered with the GPhC.
    • Interest in delivering high-quality training across pharmacy technical roles.
  • Responsibilities:

    • Work closely with the Lead Pharmacy Technician to plan, deliver and document all local training relating to pharmacy operational activity.
    • Contribute to the review and development of training packs, and participate in end-point assessment.
    • Ensure a consistent and standardised approach to the delivery of departmental training for technical staff within the pharmacy department.
    • Contribute to the training of pharmacists and other staff groups where required.
    • Support the management and development of pharmacy training programmes and promote safe working practices in line with standard operating procedures and Trust policies.
    • Contribute to the delivery of Level 2 & 3 qualifications through assessment and quality assurance processes.

This role is primarily based at Warwick hospital, which has excellent transport links to Birmingham, Solihull, Coventry and surrounding areas.
