Salary: £53,437 per annum
Contract: Permanent
Location: Hybrid, London (1-2 days/week in the office)

We have an exciting opportunity for a Senior Philanthropy Manager, working for Crisis, one of the UK's leading homelessness charities. Reporting to the Philanthropy Lead, this role will play a key part in driving the growth of a successful philanthropy programme, building meaningful relationships with high-value supporters and securing transformational funding.
As part of this role, you will manage a portfolio of new and existing major donors, securing gifts at the £100,000 level and developing tailored engagement strategies that deepen support over time. You will identify and cultivate prospective supporters, create compelling funding proposals and reports, and work closely with colleagues across the organisation to uncover funding opportunities and deliver exceptional donor experiences. You will also help shape team strategy, contribute to income growth and deputise for the Philanthropy Lead when required.

To be successful as the Senior Philanthropy Manager you will need:
- Proven experience building and developing relationships with major donors and prospects, securing five and six figure gifts.
- A strong track record of generating new business and successfully managing supporters through the fundraising pipeline using effective moves management techniques.
- Excellent communication and influencing skills, with the ability to engage high-net-worth individuals, develop compelling cases for support and build strong relationships across an organisation.
