Job Title: Senior Photographer

Brand: Linzi Shoes
Location: Romford, Essex / Shoot Locations
Reporting To: Photography Producer

Role Overview

Linzi Shoes is experiencing exciting growth, and as we continue to expand, we are looking for a highly creative and experienced Senior Photographer to join the team. This role is central to shaping and delivering the visual identity of the brand, ensuring all photography keeps pace with our growing campaigns, product launches, and digital presence.

You will lead the creative execution of all shoots, while playing a key role in guiding the wider photography team and maintaining consistently high standards across all imagery.

Key Responsibilities

Creative Direction & Shoot Execution

  • Lead the creative direction and execution of all campaign and lifestyle shoots, ensuring imagery aligns with brand vision and objectives.
  • Direct models, stylists, and on-set teams, making real-time creative decisions to achieve the strongest visual outcome while maintaining efficiency.
  • Conduct test shoots ahead of major productions, working closely with the Photography Producer to refine concepts, lighting, and setups.
  • Set up and oversee all photoshoot environments, including lighting, equipment, and composition.
  • Capture high-quality imagery for key areas across the website and app, including homepage categories, collection pages, loyalty content, and About Us.
  • Take ownership of photography coverage across brand events and activations, ensuring key moments and content needs are captured effectively.

Brand Consistency

  • Own and maintain the brand’s visual identity across all imagery, ensuring consistency in lighting, composition, colour grading, and overall aesthetic.
  • Guide retouching direction (internal and freelance), ensuring all final outputs meet brand standards.

Post-Production & Delivery

  • Lead end-to-end post-production for campaign and lifestyle imagery, including editing, retouching, and final asset preparation.
  • Ensure all imagery is delivered in the correct formats for eCommerce, marketing, and social channels.
  • Maintain strong file organisation, naming conventions, and asset delivery processes.

Collaboration & Planning

  • Work closely with the Photography Producer to align with the photography calendar, ensuring all shoots are completed on time and ahead of launch deadlines.
  • Collaborate with Marketing, eCommerce, and Social teams to understand content requirements and deliver against business objectives.

Studio & Equipment Ownership

  • Take responsibility for photography equipment and studio standards, ensuring all kit is maintained, organised, and ready for use.

Team Support & Development

  • Support and guide the Junior Photographer, providing feedback and sharing best practices to elevate overall team output.
  • Contribute to a collaborative and positive on-set environment, helping ensure shoots run smoothly and efficiently.

Innovation & Problem Solving

  • Demonstrate strong problem-solving on shoots, adapting quickly to challenges such as time constraints, lighting changes, or talent availability.
  • Contribute to creative development through trend research, idea generation, and moodboard creation to continuously evolve the brand’s visual output.

Skills & Experience

  • Minimum 2+ years’ experience in a photography role, ideally within fashion or eCommerce.
  • Proven experience working at a senior or mid-weight level, with a strong portfolio demonstrating campaign, lifestyle, and product photography.
  • Advanced knowledge of lighting techniques, studio setups, and photography equipment.
  • High proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Lightroom, Capture One).
  • Strong eye for detail, composition, and brand storytelling.
  • Experience directing talent and working with on-set teams.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet tight deadlines.
