At TFG London, we believe that it’s our team who bring our brands to life. All our colleagues across Hobbs, Phase Eight and Whistles play a vital role in our success story and that story is only getting more exciting!
Great ecommerce photography is about more than a technically perfect image, it’s about capturing product, fit, detail and brand personality in a way that inspires customers. As our Senior Photographer & Content Creator, you’ll help shape how our brands show up across ecommerce and beyond.
Based in our newly centralised Studio, you’ll combine your photography expertise with video and digital content creation, producing everything from polished PDP imagery to engaging social content. Working across our collective of fashion brands, you’ll help maximise every shoot and find new ways to bring our products and brands to life.
This is a full-time role with 4 days working in our studio in Haggerston.
What you'll do:
- Shoot high-volume fashion ecommerce photography, delivering consistently high-quality imagery across multiple brands.
- Work closely with the Studio Art Director, Stylists, Models and Production teams to deliver imagery that balances creative standards with commercial ecommerce requirements.
- Create and edit PDP and social-first video content, including product-in-motion, fit and detail clips, reels and platform-specific content.
- Own best practice across workflows, tethered shooting, session management, colour accuracy, file organisation and output recipes.
- Maintain consistently high standards across lighting, camera settings, composition and technical execution, while managing the pace and demands of high-volume shoot days.
- Identify opportunities to capture additional content alongside ecommerce shoots, maximising the value of every shoot for social, marketing and wider brand channels.
- Work closely with Retouch, Production and Styling teams to ensure a seamless capture-to-retouch and delivery workflow, including capturing imagery correctly in camera to minimise unnecessary post-production.
- Help evolve studio ways of working by exploring new photography, video and workflow technologies, identifying opportunities to improve efficiency, consistency and creative output.

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?
Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.
Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
