About The Role
We are seeking an experienced Senior PHP Developer to join our client's engineering team in Hertfordshire. This role offers a unique opportunity to work within a forward-thinking technology business that specializes in large-scale web applications. Qualifications

- Participate in code reviews, testing, and quality assurance activities to uphold best practices.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into effective technical solutions.
- Troubleshoot and resolve application and production issues promptly, minimizing downtime and impact.
- Create comprehensive technical documentation to support ongoing maintenance and knowledge sharing.
- Contribute to architectural decisions and technical strategy discussions to align with business goals.
- Support continuous improvement initiatives, including refactoring code and optimizing development processes.
- Work closely with QA teams, support staff, and other developers to ensure seamless project delivery and deployment.
