Role Description
Growth-Focused Opportunity
Most physios burnout by year three. Not because they work too much, but because they stop progressing. Revitalis is a multidisciplinary MSK and performance clinic on St John's Road, built on one method: Rehabilitate, Integrate, Regenerate. We pride ourself on creating the best ecosystem for our practitioners to keep developing and progressing in their career. Every day.
Integrated means the patient in front of you is not limited to what you personally can offer. Osteopathy, sports massage, strength and conditioning, whole body cryotherapy and shockwave therapy sit in the same building, and you decide what the patient needs. No referring out. No losing them to someone else's diary. You own the outcome from first assessment to return to sport, work or life, with a team around you to get them there.
Where this leads- We are building relationships with diagnostic imaging partners and a UK university research group. The direction is a clinic that measures its outcomes properly and publishes them, with postgraduate research routes for the people who want them. Nothing is signed yet. We are telling you where this is going, not selling you a certainty. If that is the kind of clinic you want to help build, we should talk.

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?
Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.
Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
