Clearcut Physiotherapy operates three clinics in Eltham in Southeast London, and Battersea and Norbury in Southwest London, offering accessible care within local communities. Role Description
The Senior Physiotherapist role is a full-time hybrid position based in Hammersmith, with the flexibility to perform some duties from home. The role includes leading comprehensive clinical assessments, developing individualized treatment plans, and delivering hands-on neurological and musculoskeletal physiotherapy interventions.

- Managing a varied caseload
- Monitoring patient progress
- Maintaining accurate clinical documentation
- Coordinating care with other healthcare professionals
The Senior Physiotherapist will also support junior team members through supervision, mentoring, and case discussions, while contributing to service development, quality improvement, and best-practice clinical standards.

Qualifications
- Relevant professional qualification in Physiotherapy (e.g., BSc or MSc), current HCPC registration, and substantial post-graduate clinical experience.
- Strong expertise in neurological and musculoskeletal physiotherapy, including advanced assessment, treatment planning, and evidence-based interventions.
- Demonstrated skills in patient-centered care, communication, and the ability to build rapport with individuals from diverse backgrounds.
- Experience in managing complex caseloads, working autonomously, and exercising sound clinical judgment in busy clinical settings.
- Ability to supervise, mentor, and support colleagues, and contribute to training, case reviews, and clinical education.
- Proficiency with clinical documentation, electronic health records, and basic digital tools for telehealth and remote work.
- Strong organizational and time-management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and maintain high standards of care.
- Commitment to ongoing professional development, reflective practice, and adherence to relevant clinical and ethical guidelines.
- Availability to work in a hybrid pattern, attending the Hammersmith clinic as required and effectively managing work-from-home responsibilities.
