Senior Physiotherapist

Salary: £42,000-£50,000 per annum (pro rata) + bonus scheme (£49,000 - £55,000)

Hours: 37.5 hours per week including 1 Saturday per 4-6 weeks.

Location: Putney

We are looking for an experienced and driven Senior Physiotherapist to join our client's growing team. This is an exciting opportunity for a clinician who combines strong clinical expertise with a passion for advancing physiotherapy practice.

The Role

This role offers the opportunity to manage a diverse and complex MSK caseload, working across adult and adolescent populations.

  • Oversee rehabilitation journeys from initial assessment through to full recovery
  • Supported by a collaborative multidisciplinary team (MDT) and a modern clinical environment
  • This position is ideal for a physiotherapist who enjoys autonomy, clinical challenge, and contributing to service development

What you'll do

  • Provide specialist clinical advice to CES prescribers on:
    • Appropriate equipment provision
    • Clinical reasoning, risk management and safeguarding
    • Catalogue use and service pathways
  • Review and authorise specialist equipment orders, maximising use of recycled special equipment (RSPs) to ensure value for money.
  • Support and develop clinical governance, prescription criteria, policies and procedures in line with national guidance.
  • Contribute to the development and review of the TCES equipment catalogue, including identifying Close Technical Equivalents (CTEs).
  • Deliver training, familiarisation and equipment demonstration sessions for prescribers.
  • Undertake audits, service improvement projects and data analysis to reduce risk, improve efficiency and generate savings.
  • Work collaboratively with CES managers, commissioners, health and social care professionals and suppliers to improve future equipment provision.

About you:

  • Minimum of 2 years private practice experience
  • Ideally 5 years post registration experience
  • HCPC Registered
  • Elite sport or specialist clinical roles are desirable.
