Skilled Worker Visa Available. Clearcut Physiotherapy is a specialist neurological and musculoskeletal physiotherapy clinic serving diverse communities in London. The clinic operates across three locations: Eltham in Southeast London, and Battersea and Norbury in Southwest London. Clearcut Physiotherapy focuses on evidence-based treatment, personalized rehabilitation plans, and multidisciplinary collaboration to support clients in achieving meaningful functional outcomes. The team is dedicated to high-quality patient care, professional integrity, and ongoing clinical development, creating a supportive environment for both clients and team members.

Role Description

The Senior Physiotherapist will provide advanced assessment, diagnosis, and treatment for clients with neurological and musculoskeletal conditions, primarily at our Battersea clinic. Day-to-day responsibilities include:

  • Conducting comprehensive clinical evaluations
  • Developing individualized treatment plans
  • Delivering hands-on therapy
  • Monitoring progress to adjust interventions as needed

The role also involves:

  • Supervising junior physiotherapists and support staff
  • Contributing to clinical governance
  • Maintaining accurate documentation
  • Collaborating with other healthcare professionals to ensure continuity of care

This is a full-time hybrid role, based in Battersea with the option for some work from home for administrative tasks, telehealth consultations, and documentation.

Qualifications

  • Professional registration as a Physiotherapist (e.g., HCPC registration) and relevant degree in Physiotherapy or equivalent.
  • Significant clinical experience in neurological and musculoskeletal physiotherapy, including complex case management.
  • Strong skills in patient assessment, clinical reasoning, and formulation of evidence-based treatment plans.
  • Ability to provide manual therapy, exercise prescription, and rehabilitation programs tailored to individual needs.
  • Experience supervising or mentoring physiotherapists, therapy assistants, or students.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build trust and rapport with clients and colleagues.
  • Competence in maintaining clear, accurate clinical notes and using electronic health record systems.
  • Organizational and time-management skills to manage a varied caseload in a hybrid working environment.
  • Commitment to continuous professional development, clinical audit, and quality improvement initiatives.
