Pro-active Physiotherapy & Pilates is an established, highly regarded clinic with a strong reputation both locally and across the wider Worcestershire and Gloucestershire area.
Based in a beautiful location, we have an established patient base and treat a varied caseload of musculoskeletal conditions. Our strong presence on social media and established marketing means that clinicians can focus on what they do best, providing excellent patient care.
We are looking for an experienced, enthusiastic, and clinically driven Musculoskeletal Physiotherapist to join our dynamic team.
This is an excellent opportunity for someone who is keen to learn, develop, and progress, working within a supportive clinical environment alongside experienced practitioners and a wider network of specialists.
About the Role
You will manage a varied MSK caseload, assessing and treating patients from across Worcestershire and Gloucestershire.
- You will be supported by a Clinical Specialist Physiotherapist, with opportunities to discuss cases, develop your clinical reasoning, and expand your scope of practice.
- We are particularly keen to find someone who is ambitious about their clinical development and wants to continue learning throughout their career.

About You
- Minimum 5 years post-qualification experience
- At least 2 years’ experience in MSK physiotherapy
- Strong clinical assessment and reasoning skills
- Confident managing a varied MSK caseload
- Enthusiastic about learning and developing clinically
- Keen to progress and expand your clinical skill set
- Able to work independently while enjoying collaborative team working
- Passionate about delivering excellent patient care
