Salary: Up to £21.00 per hour (depending on level of experience, training, and qualification)

We have an opportunity for a Senior Physiotherapist to join their team of staff in the Physiotherapy department.
This is a bank role working on an “as and when required” basis. You will be required to supplement staffing levels during busy periods and provide cover for existing staff in times of annual leave or absence.

- Lead the assessment, treatment, and management of patients with complex conditions within your specialist area (e.g. MSK, neuro, orthopaedics, respiratory).
- Use advanced clinical reasoning to develop and adjust treatment plans that align with patient goals and evidence-based practice.
- Provide formal supervision, mentoring, and training to Band 5/Level 1 physiotherapists, assistants, and students.
- Contribute to the development and implementation of clinical pathways, protocols, and outcome measures within your area.
- Ensure all care is delivered in line with regulatory, professional, and organisational standards (e.g. HCPC, CSP, CQC).
- Build strong therapeutic relationships with patients and carers to promote engagement, education, and self-management.

- HCPC-registered Physiotherapist.
- Extensive post-registration experience including complex caseload management and a defined clinical specialty.
- Strong leadership, mentorship, and organisational skills.
- Evidence of audit, service development, or quality improvement contributions.
- Excellent communication and multidisciplinary team working ability.
