This individual will support the implementation and ongoing maintenance of client plans by accurately translating benefit design and pricing information into a custom Aetna EAP system for member and plan sponsor servicing, claim processing, and billing purposes. General Responsibilities:

  • Manage all aspects of Plan Sponsor implementations and ongoing support, including the accurate setup, validation, and maintenance of benefit and pricing data within a custom EAP platform.
  • Perform high-volume data entry from source systems while ensuring compliance with established setup standards and quality expectations.

  • Gather and evaluate stakeholder feedback to support continuous improvement of processes, systems, tools, and resources.
  • Contribute to a culture of operational excellence by supporting process standardization, documentation, and quality improvement initiatives.
  • Identify process gaps and recommend workflow improvements that enhance efficiency, accuracy, and customer experience.
  • Maintain and distribute weekly, monthly, and quarterly operational reports with a high degree of accuracy.
  • Provide cross-functional team support during off-peak periods to ensure operational continuity and team success.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
