Job Title: Senior Town Planner
Location: Newcastle
Penguin Recruitment is delighted to be supporting a well-established and respected property consultancy in their search for a Senior Town Planner to join their growing team in Newcastle.

The Role
As a Senior Town Planner, you’ll play a key role in the delivery of high-quality planning advice to a diverse range of clients. You’ll manage your own projects, support junior team members, and contribute to business development activities. The role offers a broad mix of work across sectors, giving you the chance to strengthen your expertise and continue progressing in your career.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead on a variety of planning applications and appeals
- Provide strategic advice to clients on planning and development matters
- Mentor and support junior team members
- Build and maintain strong client relationships
- Contribute to the growth and reputation of the planning team

Requirements
- MRTPI qualified
- Strong planning experience, ideally within a consultancy environment
- Confident managing projects and working independently
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- A proactive and team-oriented approach
