Senior Planner - London | Up to £115,000 + Package
Are you an experienced Planning Manager with a proven track record delivering large-scale, complex construction projects?
This is an exciting opportunity to join a leading Tier 1 Main Contractor within their specialist Major Projects Division, managing programmes from tender stage through to handover.
The Role
As Senior Planner, you’ll play a pivotal role within the project team, taking ownership of programmes across the full project lifecycle. You’ll collaborate closely with pre-construction, delivery, and commercial teams to ensure each scheme is set up for success and delivered to the highest standards.

Key responsibilities include:
- Developing, managing, and maintaining detailed project programmes from tender through to completion.
- Leading planning input on bids and tenders, ensuring robust and competitive submissions.
- Monitoring progress, identifying risks and opportunities, and advising the wider project team.
- Supporting Project Managers and site teams with accurate planning insights and updates.
- Embedding best-practice planning processes across the business to drive continuous improvement.
About You
- Proven experience as a Senior Planner or Planning Manager within a Tier 1 or Tier 2 main contractor.
- Proficient in Primavera P6 or Asta Powerproject.
- Strong communication, stakeholder management, and influencing skills.
- Collaborative, proactive, and solutions-focused approach.
