Senior Planner Role
As Senior Project Planner, you’ll lead the team, and mentor junior planners. You’ll ensure timely delivery, identify risks, and foster a high-performance culture.
Senior Planner Responsibilities
- Collaborate to create and maintain detailed project plans, ensuring methodology adherence and meeting requirements.
- Ensure project plans accurately reflect the full project scope and resource allocation.
- Identify and mitigate project risks, monitor critical paths, and advise the team on potential changes.
- Develop 4D animations to visualize and rehearse the project construction.
- Design and implement effective communication plans to ensure stakeholder buy-in and understanding.
- Ensure adherence to planning standards and published processes.
- Appreciate and uphold the Health & Safety standards in all planning processes.

Senior Planner Requirements
- Demonstrated experience in Civil Engineering, ideally within the Water Industry.
- P6 experience and leadership in collaborative planning processes.
- Able to analyse drawings to develop efficient planning solutions for the business.
- Effective communication skills.
- Adaptable, innovative, and supportive team player who enhances the Planning team’s reputation.
