Senior Planning & Reporting Analyst
Salary – £58,269 - £72,836 (plus benefits)
Hours – Full-time
Location – Hybrid/Doncaster, DN4 5NU
As a Senior Planning & Reporting Analyst at FCC Environment, as part of a small team, you will manage, maintain and develop the Group's reporting and business planning tools. You will support business stakeholders by providing accurate and timely information, developing planning models and delivering high-quality reporting solutions that support business performance.
This vacancy is for a full-time position.

What will you be doing?
- Administering and maintaining all Planning Analytics (TM1) instances
- Collaborating with Power BI and SQL users to support reporting requirements
- Managing Group balance sheet and cash flow models within the Planning Analytics environment
- Managing divisional modelling activities
- Supporting the rolling forecast model
- Ensuring actuals data is accurate and up to date
- Supporting business stakeholders with planning and reporting requirements
- Reviewing and updating models to improve performance and response times
- Analysing large volumes of data and transforming them into meaningful business insights
- Supporting continuous improvement across planning and reporting processes

What are we looking for?
- Degree-educated, qualified accountant with a recognised professional body
- Proven experience developing IBM Planning Analytics applications
- Experience collating, managing and analysing large volumes of data from multiple sources
- Previous experience leading projects
- Strong project management and problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication and relationship management skills
- Ability to influence individuals and teams, and build credibility
- Experience working with multidisciplinary teams
- Excellent attention to detail
- Flexible approach with a focus on quality, timely delivery and continuous improvement
- Full UK driving licence
- Willingness to undertake occasional UK travel
