Senior Platform Engineer – GCP, DevOps, Platform Engineering
After the launch of its flagship product, a fast-growing scale-up is expanding its engineering capability and is looking for an Senior Platform Engineer to work alongside the Engineering Manager to help develop their cloud platform and enable rapid, secure product delivery at scale.
This is a key position role within a cloud-native environment, accountable for the reliability, scalability, and security of the Google Cloud Platform estate. You’ll be working in a multi-disciplinary platform function across CI/CD, networking, security, AIOps, and observability, building a robust self-service platform that empowers engineering squads and supports an ambitious technology-led transformation.

You’ll help shape platform strategy, champion automation for a hugely exciting scale-up, playing an integral role in the development of future products.
Location
Hybrid with two days per week in the office in Bradford and Leeds
Salary
£85,000 to £95,000 + 15% Bonus + Benefits
To be considered
- Over 3 years of hands-on experience with Google Cloud Platform.
- Strong expertise in CI/CD design and build using GitHub, Terraform or similar.
- Experience supporting microservices / API-driven architectures.
- Comfortable working in fast-paced, product-led organisations with multiple stakeholders.
