Senior Platform Engineer
We’re working with a rapidly scaling AI-native SaaS company who raised an impressive Series B round in 2025. Their platform is redefining the sector, and with revenues nearly 10x since the start of last year, they’re continuing to expand their Engineering team to match the ambition of their product and customers.
The product is real-time, data-rich and AI-native, creating complex engineering challenges across distributed systems, reliability, infrastructure, tooling and developer experience. As they continue to scale their Engineering team, they are now looking for a Senior Platform Engineer with strong software engineering fundamentals to help build the systems that allow product engineers to ship quickly, safely and reliably.
The Senior Platform Engineer
As a Senior Platform Engineer, the internal platform is your product, with engineers as your customers.

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?
Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.
Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.

- Design reliable systems that support a complex, real-time, AI-Native SaaS product
- Own CI/CD pipelines end-to-end, making builds, tests and deployments faster and safer
- Build automation and internal tooling that removes manual toil for engineering teams
- Improve observability across metrics, logging, tracing and production monitoring
- Define and manage SLOs across latency, availability and error rates
- Lead incident response, triage complex production issues and ship long-term fixes as code
