Why we're hiring:
As we scale Open Intelligence (OI) across global markets and expand our partner ecosystem, we are seeking a Senior Platform & Partner Manager to lead platform adoption, market onboarding and external data-partner integrations.
This role will help transition OI from early market rollout into a robust, repeatable global operating model. You will establish scalable processes, playbooks and governance that enable consistent onboarding and adoption across markets.
You will work at the intersection of data platforms, technical implementation, program execution and partner enablement, taking partner capabilities from post-commercial handoff through technical integration, testing, launch and ongoing operations.
What you'll be doing:
- Lead and coordinate the technical onboarding and operational rollout of external data, supply-side and ad tech partners into the OI ecosystem.
- Facilitate implementation workflows, including cloud environment setup, tagging, application programming interface (API) and server-to-server (S2S) validation, testing and operational readiness.
- Work closely with Product and Engineering teams to track onboarding progress, sequence technical dependencies, troubleshoot integration issues and remove delivery blockers.
- Serve as the primary operational contact for partners during onboarding, supporting the transition from commercial agreements into live technical operations.
- Develop and maintain the global roadmap for data-partner onboarding and platform adoption, translating complex technical requirements into repeatable workflows, playbooks, documentation and governance frameworks.
- Define support structures, escalation paths and quality standards, while establishing scalable run-and-operate models that enable local market teams to use new platform capabilities independently over time.
- Maintain end-to-end visibility across integration streams, continuously improve rollout frameworks and operational tooling, and help shape the long-term operational strategy for OI and connected partner solutions.

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?
Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.
Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
