Programme Manager / Head of PMO

The Opportunity

Our client is embarking on a major IT and technology transformation programme and is seeking an experienced Senior PMO Analyst to support both a flagship transformation initiative and wider Enterprise PMO activities. This is an excellent opportunity to join a growing change function and help drive governance, reporting, planning, delivery assurance, and PMO best practice across a complex portfolio of change.

The Role

As a Senior PMO Analyst, you will play a critical role in strengthening programme governance, delivery controls, reporting, and planning across a major transformation programme.

Working closely with programme and project teams, you'll ensure delivery activity is well managed, visible, and aligned to strategic objectives. You'll also contribute to the continued development of the wider Enterprise PMO, helping to improve governance standards, reporting capability, and PMO maturity across the organisation.

  • Prepare Steering Committee packs, executive reports, and management information.
  • Maintain integrated programme plans, milestones, dependencies, and delivery roadmaps.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
