Senior PMO Analyst – Prestigious Specialty Insurer
London | Hybrid | Initial 6-Month Contract | £500 per day (Outside IR35)
We’re looking for an experienced Senior PMO Analyst to join a major insurance organisation, supporting a significant change and transformation portfolio.
The role will be split roughly 50/50 across two key areas:
- Supporting the launch and delivery of a Guidewire Claims programme
- Supporting 2027 portfolio and business planning, including financial planning, prioritisation, reporting, and governance
The role
- Provide PMO support across programme and portfolio-level activity
- Support the delivery and launch of the Guidewire Claims programme
- Manage project and portfolio reporting, budgets, forecasts, and financial tracking
- Support planning and preparation for the 2027 change portfolio
- Track milestones, risks, dependencies, and resource requirements
- Produce clear MI and reporting for senior stakeholders
- Work closely with Project Managers, Programme Managers, and business stakeholders
- Maintain strong governance across the portfolio

What we're looking for
- Strong Senior PMO Analyst experience within complex change environments
- Experience working at both portfolio and programme level
- Strong financial management, forecasting, and reporting skills
- Experience supporting annual portfolio/business planning
- Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills
- Ability to manage multiple priorities within a fast-paced environment

Highly desirable:
- Specialty / London Market insurance experience
- Guidewire Claims programme experience
- PPM tool implementation experience
This would particularly suit someone who can combine hands-on programme delivery with strong portfolio planning and financial PMO capability.
