Job Title: Senior PMO Analyst

My client is seeking a Senior PMO Analyst to support a major transformation programme and contribute to wider Enterprise PMO Activities. The role is key to strengthening governance, planning, reporting, AID management, dependency tracking, and delivery assurance across a complex change environment. This role is Outside IR35, and for an initial duration of 6 months.

This is a great opportunity for a proactive PMO professional who can bring structure, insight, and control to large-scale delivery programmes while supporting the ongoing development of PMO capability across the organisation.

The role is predominantly remote, with occasional attendance required for key meetings and workshops.

Key Responsibilities

  • Maintain programme governance, reporting cycles, and delivery cycles
  • Product Steering Committee packs, executive updates, and management reporting
  • Manage programme plans, milestones, dependencies, and delivery roadmaps
  • Track risks, issues and assumptions, decisions, and actions (RAID), ensuring timely escalation and resolution
  • Coordinate reporting and governance activities across multiple workstreams
  • Support planning, change control, dependency management, and delivery assurance.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
