- Salary: AHP3 - $112,139 - $120,284 p.a. - adjusted to actual hours worked
- Ongoing/Permanent, Part-time, (0.8 FTE / 30 hours per week)
WHAT ARE WE OFFERING?
Join our dedicated Allied Health team in Gawler as a Senior Podiatrist and enjoy a rewarding permanent part-time opportunity where you can make a real difference in the lives of regional communities. This senior role offers the chance to combine advanced clinical practice with professional leadership, supporting high-quality podiatry services across the Barossa Hills Fleurieu region.
Working within a collaborative multidisciplinary environment, you will use your expertise to deliver exceptional patient care while contributing to service improvement, workforce development and innovative models of care. You will play an important role in mentoring and supporting allied health professionals, driving quality and safety initiatives, and helping shape responsive services that meet the evolving needs of the community.

HOW WILL YOU CONTRIBUTE?
You will…
- Deliver specialist podiatry services and expert clinical advice across BHFLHN, supporting safe, evidence-based and person-centred care.
- Lead and contribute to service development initiatives, clinical protocols, quality improvement activities and workforce planning projects.
- Provide clinical leadership, supervision, mentoring and education to podiatry staff, allied health professionals and students.
- Build strong partnerships with consumers, carers, health professionals and community stakeholders to improve service integration and responsiveness.
- Support research, evaluation and performance reporting activities while contributing to the strategic growth and continuous improvement of podiatry services across the network.
