Role Overview: Senior Policy and Public Affairs Lead
The Senior Policy and Public Affairs Lead will lead Llamau’s policy and public affairs activity, strengthening the organisation’s influence with policymakers, commissioners, politicians and key stakeholders across Wales. The role will ensure that the experiences of the people Llamau supports help shape policy, funding decisions and public debate.

Key Responsibilities
- Working closely with the Chief Executive, Directors and colleagues across the organisation, the postholder will build strategic relationships, identify opportunities to influence decision makers and strengthen Llamau’s reputation as a trusted voice on homelessness.
- Provide expert advice on political and policy developments.
- Support Llamau to secure positive change for the people and communities it serves.

Contract Details
- Type: Permanent, full-time
- Salary: £40,338 per annum
