Position Summary

The Senior Portfolio Analyst (PA) acts as a subject matter resource for assigned T. Rowe Price investment strategies and franchises. The Senior PA is primarily responsible for analyzing investment portfolios and capabilities, supporting the commercial process around client queries and RfPs, and developing institutional-level portfolio analysis, messaging, and content to inform key stakeholders.

For this position, the Senior PA will focus on providing support around the T. Rowe Price Environment, Social & Governance (ESG) approach, and the way it is embedded into the investment process. They will demonstrate expertise on broader ESG topics such as carbon footprint, climate transition, human rights, and other topical ESG subjects. They will also be aware of, and have an understanding of, the regulatory landscape.

The Senior PA will partner with a team of seasoned Investment Strategists (IS), the investment research Responsible Investing (RI) team, and the Corporate Governance team. They will play a key role in ensuring consistency, accuracy, and integrity of investment messaging around RfPs linked to new opportunities as well as DDQs for existing mandates. The role requires adaptability, strong execution and organizational skills, curiosity about data sources, and a commitment to building investment and strategy-specific knowledge over time.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
