Freshminds is supporting the Conservative Party in the search for an exceptional operational leader to join the organisation in a highly influential senior position.
This is a rare opportunity for a commercially-minded operator, or strategic programme leader to apply their skills in one of the UK's most dynamic and fast-paced environments. Working closely with senior leadership, you will be responsible for bringing structure, accountability and operational excellence to a complex organisation, ensuring key priorities are delivered effectively amid constantly evolving circumstances.

The role would appeal to candidates who have excelled in Chief of Staff, COO, strategy, transformation or operational leadership positions and who thrive in environments characterised by ambiguity, pace and multiple competing priorities. Prior political experience is not required, although a genuine interest in and alignment with the organisation's mission will be important.
