The Opportunity

We are looking for an experienced Senior Power Platform Engineer to join a major enterprise modernisation programme, helping transform legacy applications and workflows into modern, scalable Microsoft solutions.

This is a hands-on technical role with significant involvement across Microsoft 365, Power Platform, SharePoint Online, Teams, and cloud technologies. A key focus will be modernising legacy applications, including replacing existing Lotus Notes / Domino solutions with secure, user-friendly applications and automated workflows.

Working alongside architects, engineers, business analysts, and key stakeholders, you will help shape solutions from initial requirements and design through to development, testing, deployment, and operational handover.

What You'll Be Doing

  • Design and develop business applications using Power Apps and Power Automate.
  • Build modern collaboration and workflow solutions across SharePoint Online, Microsoft Teams, and Microsoft 365.
  • Assess legacy applications and determine the most appropriate modern Microsoft solution.
  • Support the migration of legacy applications and databases onto modern cloud-based platforms.
  • Develop integrations between Power Platform solutions and wider enterprise systems.
  • Build workflow automation using Power Automate and Microsoft APIs.
  • Establish and maintain appropriate Power Platform governance, security, and development standards.
  • Work closely with architects to ensure solutions align with enterprise architecture and security requirements.
  • Translate business requirements into effective technical solutions.
  • Support testing, releases, documentation, and knowledge transfer to internal support teams.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
