Senior PPC Account Manager
Function: Performance Paid Search, Client Growth
Reports to: Head of Paid Search
Core Responsibility: Drive profitable growth for our clients through data-led performance marketing and strategic planning.
KPI: Client New Customer Revenue Growth, Client retention and Cross Service upsells
Experience Level: Mid-level (4+ years)

Join our high-performing team as a Senior PPC Account Manager and play a pivotal role in driving exceptional growth for our diverse portfolio of clients. You'll be the strategic architect behind Google Ads campaigns that don't just generate clicks, but deliver meaningful business outcomes.

What You'll Own
Campaign Excellence & Growth:
- Manage and optimise high-impact Google Ads campaigns across Search, Shopping, Display, and Performance Max
- Analyse performance data with a keen eye, identifying opportunities and acting on insights that drive real, profitable business growth
- Deploy advanced bid strategies, audience targeting, and ad extensions to consistently exceed client ROAS and CPA goals
- Conduct rigorous A/B tests to improve CTR, conversion rates, and ad relevance across your portfolio
Client Partnership & Success:
- Serve as the trusted strategic advisor for 6-8 client accounts, translating their business goals into winning PPC strategies
- Deliver clear, insight-rich performance reports that tell the story behind the numbers
- Build relationships based on transparency, proactive communication, and consistent results
- Identify and present upsell opportunities across Meta, Email, and Creative services
Strategic Innovation & Collaboration:
- Work closely with senior team members to align on strategy and solve complex challenges
- Share knowledge and insights with the wider team, contributing to our collective growth
- Stay ahead of the curve with new PPC features and industry trends, applying cutting-edge tactics to client accounts
- Contribute to workflow improvements and operational excellence initiatives
What You Bring
Essential Experience:
- 3+ years of hands-on Google Ads management within a digital marketing agency or eCommerce environment
- Proven track record of managing multiple client accounts simultaneously while maintaining high performance standards
- Strong analytical skills with experience in data interpretation and performance optimisation
- Demonstrated ability to build and maintain client relationships based on trust and results
- Self-motivated with excellent time management and prioritisation skills
- Fluent English communication skills, both written and verbal

Technical Expertise:
- Deep understanding of Google Ads platforms (Search, Shopping, Display, Performance Max)
- Experience with bid management, audience targeting, and conversion tracking
- Proficiency in Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, Triple Whale and other relevant tools
- Strong Excel/Google Sheets skills for data analysis and reporting
- Knowledge of eCommerce best practices and conversion optimisation
- Utilise AI workflows to streamline weekly workflow
What Would Make You Stand Out:
- Experience with other paid media platforms (Meta, Microsoft Ads, etc.)
- Background in eCommerce or D2C brands
- Understanding of key business metrics, profitability and client margins
- Familiarity with Shopify and eCommerce analytics tools
- Experience mentoring junior team members
- A passion for staying current with industry trends and best practices
