I’m working with an independent digital agency who are growing steadily and doing things the right way. They’re looking for a Senior PPC Analyst to join their paid media team and help push things forward across some of their largest accounts, both nationally and globally.
This role would suit someone with a passion for paid search, who likes understanding why things perform the way they do, and wants to keep learning as the channel evolves. You don’t need to be the loudest voice in the room, just confident in your work, curious, and happy working as part of a close-knit team.
What you’ll be doing
- Supporting the Paid Media Manager across paid search activity for a large global brand
- Planning, running and optimising campaigns across Google and Bing
- Getting involved in strategy and helping improve performance and ROI
- Working across search, display and YouTube where needed
- Pulling together clear, useful reports that actually mean something
- Testing new features and formats across Google and Bing
- Working closely with account teams and other media specialists to keep delivery on track

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?
Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.
Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.
Start with a chat, not a search bar
Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
