About the Role
We're looking for a commercially minded and data-driven Senior PPC Executive to join our Performance Marketing team on a 12 Month Fixed Term Contract.
Supporting the PPC Manager, you'll help drive the performance of paid search activity across CAVU's diverse portfolio, including Manchester Airport, London Stansted Airport, East Midlands Airport, our experience brands, and airport clients. You'll work across a range of products including airport parking and lounges, helping to optimise campaigns, improve efficiency, and deliver against ambitious revenue and performance targets.

This role is ideal for someone with strong PPC experience who is looking to further develop their expertise in a fast-paced digital marketing environment. You'll have the opportunity to work with significant marketing budgets, manage multiple campaigns, and play a key role in delivering the PPC team's commercial objectives.
Key Responsibilities
- Support the PPC Manager in delivering PPC targets and KPIs across multiple accounts.
- Create and implement a structured testing strategy to drive continual performance improvements.
- Identify opportunities to automate, optimise and improve campaign efficiency.
- Deliver daily, weekly and monthly performance reports, providing insight and recommendations.
- Analyse campaign and search term data to identify growth opportunities and improve performance.
- Conduct A/B testing across campaigns, creative assets and landing pages, measuring and reporting on results.
- Monitor competitor activity and stay informed on PPC industry developments and best practice.
- Support the PPC team's objective of delivering significant commercial revenue through effective paid search management.
The role
What We Need From You
- Hands-on experience managing PPC campaigns in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong knowledge of Google Ads and Microsoft/Bing Ads, including campaign structures, bidding strategies, keyword management and ad copy.
- Experience planning, executing and optimising paid search campaigns across multiple brands or products to achieve performance KPIs and commercial targets.
- A strong understanding of PPC metrics including CPC, CTR, CPA, ROAS, Cost of Sale, Conversion Rate and Impression Share.
- Experience analysing campaign performance and using data to make informed optimisation decisions.
- Experience conducting A/B and pre/post testing across campaigns, creative and landing pages.
- Google Ads certification, with Microsoft Advertising certification desirable.
- Excellent organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines.
- Strong communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively across teams.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and/or Google Workspace, particularly Excel and Google Sheets.
