Senior PPC Executive
Remote (UK based) | Salary up to £35,000
Please note: this role requires a minimum of 3 years agency-side PPC experience. Applications without this will not be considered.
Magnetize is a specialist performance marketing agency working with healthcare, financial services, and high-value service businesses where every lead has to count and every pound of ad spend needs to earn its place.
We're growing fast and we're looking for a Senior PPC Executive to join our paid media team. You'll work directly alongside our Head of Paid, owning a portfolio of accounts from day one and playing a central role in delivering results for some of our most important clients.
This isn't a role where you'll spend your first year watching others work. You'll be trusted with real responsibility quickly, with a clear pathway to PPC Manager as the team and client base grows.
What you'll do:
- Own and manage a portfolio of accounts day-to-day, taking full responsibility for performance and delivery
- Support the Head of Paid on larger, more complex accounts, contributing to strategy, optimisation, and reporting
- Build and manage campaigns across Google Ads including Search, Performance Max, Shopping, and YouTube
- Use commercial data including ROAS, CPA, conversion rates, lifetime value, and offline conversions to drive optimisation decisions
- Run structured tests across bids, audiences, creatives, and landing pages to find performance gains
- Contribute to client updates and reporting, communicating performance clearly and confidently
- Support cross-channel activity including Meta where relevant
- Contribute to internal documentation and case studies to strengthen how we work as a team

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?
Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.
Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.
Start with a chat, not a search bar
Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
