Within this, our newly established Digital Growth team has an exciting mandate to drive digital performance. Our dedicated PPC team handles campaigns from budget planning through to execution and tracking. It's a fantastic opportunity to work on high-impact projects at the cutting edge of Paid Search.
What You'll Do
Reporting to the Senior PPC Channel Manager, you'll manage multiple Paid Search accounts across Google and Microsoft Advertising. You'll develop and execute strategies aligned with key performance goals to deliver measurable business impact. Daily, you'll use Google Ads, Microsoft Advertising, Search Ads 360 (SA360), and Google Analytics 4 (GA4) to manage significant budgets.
- Own and execute Paid Search campaigns and bidding strategies across multiple accounts
- Guide and mentor team members, helping to develop their technical and professional skills
- Plan, run, and communicate rigorous A/B tests to optimise account performance
- Translate complex performance metrics into clear, actionable recommendations for business decision-making
- Create and optimise advanced audience segments to maximise campaign efficiency
- Research emerging Paid Search trends, tools, and artificial intelligence innovations

What You'll Bring
- Experience managing and growing large-scale, high-performing Paid Search accounts
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and identify trends
- Demonstrated ability to hit performance targets while driving sustainable revenue
- Deep familiarity with campaign metrics and optimisation strategies across major platforms
- Strong communication skills to manage expectations and convey clear recommendations
- Familiarity with Looker Studio, GA4, SA360, and advanced Google Sheets or Excel
Minimum Requirements
- Experience managing campaigns across Google Ads and Microsoft Advertising platforms
- Strong presentation skills to communicate recommendations to stakeholders

The expected range for this role is £35,000 - £40,000
This is a hybrid role, working 3 days per week from our Cardiff Office.
