About Us
We’re a fast-growing group of nutrition brands across human and pet wellness, well on our way to become category leaders in the UK and USA markets. Built on strong products, digital expertise, and a relentless focus on growth, we’re expanding across direct-to-consumer, marketplaces, and retail. No corporate fluff, just high standards, creative thinking, and people who get things done.
Role Overview
We are seeking an experienced PPC Specialist to lead and scale our paid search advertising across Google Ads, Microsoft (Bing) Ads, and other relevant PPC platforms. You will be responsible for driving profitable customer acquisition, growing revenue, and maximising the efficiency of our advertising investment across multiple brands and markets.
This is a highly hands-on role for someone with extensive experience managing and scaling significant PPC budgets. You’ll have deep expertise across Google Search, Shopping, Performance Max, and Microsoft Advertising, with a thorough understanding of how to structure, optimise, and scale campaigns profitably.
What You'll Be Responsible For
- Own PPC strategy and hands-on execution across Google Ads, Microsoft Ads, and other relevant platforms, with clear accountability for revenue, customer acquisition, and profitability
- Build, manage, and scale campaigns across Search, Shopping, Performance Max, Demand Gen, Display, and YouTube, continuously optimising bidding strategies, targeting, keywords, and budgets
- Maximise Google Shopping and Performance Max performance through Merchant Center management, product feed optimisation, campaign segmentation, and creative testing
- Identify opportunities to scale profitable spend through keyword expansion, competitor analysis, search term optimisation, audience targeting, and new campaign strategies
- Work closely with creative, CRO, and development teams to improve ad performance, landing page conversion rates, tracking accuracy, and overall acquisition efficiency
- Analyse performance across campaigns, products, and markets using ROAS, CPA, CAC, conversion rates, and contribution margin, translating insights into clear actions and growth opportunities

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?
Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.
Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
