Lead the strategy. Grow the team. Push paid search forward.
We’re looking for an experienced Senior PPC Manager to take ownership of paid search strategy for a people-first, data-led agency.
This is a senior role for someone with at least 3–4 years’ paid media experience who knows their way around the major search platforms, enjoys testing new ideas and can confidently guide both clients and junior team members.
You’ll help shape the agency’s paid search offering as platforms, technology and tactics continue to evolve. From building ambitious client strategies to leading campaign delivery and developing the wider team, you’ll have plenty of scope to make the role your own.
What You’ll Be Doing
- ✔ Owning paid search strategies and ensuring campaigns meet performance and commercial objectives
- ✔ Developing joined-up approaches with the wider biddable, social and paid media teams
- ✔ Leading activity across platforms including Google Ads, Microsoft Advertising, DV360 and Spotify
- ✔ Advising clients on current performance and future strategic opportunities
- ✔ Managing campaign delivery, including reporting, optimisation, creative briefing, client calls, meetings and QBRs
- ✔ Leading day-to-day campaign operations and maintaining high standards of quality control
- ✔ Supporting and developing managers, analysts and executives across the paid search team
- ✔ Acting as the agency’s paid search expert and helping client service teams build their knowledge
- ✔ Keeping ahead of industry developments and turning new trends, platforms and technology into opportunities for clients
- ✔ Helping strengthen agency partnerships, including the relationship with Google, to unlock added value and training
- ✔ Working across agency teams to grow client accounts through integrated channel strategies
- ✔ Supporting the development of new services, products and propositions
- ✔ Helping colleagues across the agency deepen their understanding of paid social and wider performance marketing

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?
Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.
Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.
Start with a chat, not a search bar
Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
