🚀 Senior PPC Manager | Fully Remote | £35,000–£40,000+ DOE

Are you a PPC specialist who thinks beyond clicks and impressions? We’re looking for an experienced Senior PPC Manager to take ownership of paid media across a growing portfolio of clients and play a key role in shaping the future of our paid media function. This is an opportunity for someone who enjoys strategy, optimisation, client results and commercial growth — with the freedom to make a real impact.
🎯 What you’ll be doing
- Own and develop paid media strategies across Google, Meta, LinkedIn, Microsoft Ads, TikTok, and Snapchat
- Build, optimise, and scale campaigns to deliver measurable commercial results
- Manage a varied portfolio of client accounts across different industries
- Analyse performance data and turn insights into actionable strategies
- Identify opportunities to improve ROI, conversions, and account performance
- Work closely with SEO, Creative, and Account Management teams
- Help shape processes, strategy, and best practice across the paid media function
- Take a senior role in driving the continued growth of the PPC offering

🔍 What we’re looking for
- 4+ years’ PPC experience, ideally within an agency environment
- Strong hands-on experience across multiple paid media channels
- Advanced knowledge of Google Ads, Meta, Microsoft Ads, and LinkedIn Ads
- Good understanding of GA4, Google Tag Manager, and conversion tracking
- A genuinely data-driven and commercially-minded approach
- Confident communicating with clients and internal stakeholders
- Someone proactive who enjoys taking ownership and finding opportunities to improve performance
- A passion for performance marketing and delivering results
