Introduction to the Role

We are now looking for a passionate, ambitious, and entrepreneurial Senior Account Executive to join our Corporate and Enterprise division. You can expect to support on accounts across a range of leading brands including FMCG, health, professional services, and energy, with exciting opportunities to work on integrated briefs across the wider agency too.

Core Responsibilities

  • Regular delivery of high-quality coverage for accounts, taking accountability for results.
  • Proactively identify media ideas and angles for clients, ensuring a steady pipeline of activity which is reported up to managers.
  • Refine writing skills that benefit clients, either through coverage delivery or other client-facing written work.
  • Share regular coverage result updates with clients to showcase success.
  • Work with other team members to proactively ensure client-facing documents are accurate and up to date, such as WIP documents, coverage logs, reports, etc.
  • Ownership of clients calls on account activity, prepare agendas, and accurately document and circulate actions.
  • Build a strong relationship with clients, becoming a trusted day-to-day point of contact, providing regular activity updates.

Stay Curious

  • Develop your network of journalists, influencers, and other key figures relevant to your sector to provide regular opportunities for your clients.
  • Use your knowledge of industries relevant to your clients and research skills to contribute to planning and campaign strategies.
  • Attend role-specific training and participate in agencywide activities and initiatives to build relationships with colleagues.
  • Use AI tools responsibly to support creativity, efficiency, insight, and high-quality output, applying professional judgment to ensure all work remains accurate, ethical, and aligned with client and company standards.

Stay Human

  • Demonstrate consistent and effective upward management to Account Managers, sharing successes and flagging issues/challenges at the earliest opportunity, whilst also starting to identify and suggest possible solutions.
  • Provide ad hoc support and guidance to junior colleagues across accounts, helping them to develop core PR skills, including media relations, writing, and time management.

  • Support the team with new business campaigns by suggesting potential brands and businesses who may need PR support, working closely with Sales & Marketing alongside other senior members of your division, and assisting with proposals and content creation to support S&M campaigns.
