Company Description

Glossy PR is a specialist agency that helps beauty, health, wellness, and lifestyle brands build authority that directly drives conversions and long-term brand value. The agency treats PR as an “authority engine,” using media coverage to earn third-party trust, high-value backlinks, and brand mentions that improve conversion, organic rankings, paid performance, and AI visibility. Glossy PR runs editorial PR with an integrated growth mindset, combining media relations, authority-focused SEO and AI search optimization, influencer and UGC strategies, and conversion-focused use of social proof. Clients include DTC brands, clinics, experts, and founder-led businesses seeking lower customer acquisition costs and higher trust. The team focuses on measurable impact, building a compounding flywheel where PR earns trust, SEO and AI visibility compound it, conversion optimization turns it into revenue, and paid media scales it.

Role Description

The Senior PR Account Lead is a full-time, remote role responsible for leading strategic PR programs for multiple client accounts in the beauty, health, wellness, and lifestyle sectors. In this position, the individual will own day-to-day client communication, translate business goals into PR and authority-building strategies, and develop editorial calendars and campaign concepts that integrate media relations, SEO, and AI visibility objectives.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
