This is a fantastic role for someone looking to step up, build their profile, and make a real impact within a respected national brand.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.

Only hits

No noise. No "maybe this fits." Just roles with a clear explanation of why they're right — and where to focus when applying.

The Role:

You’ll play a key role in leading and delivering internal and external communications across our UK franchise network.

You’ll be the go-to person for communications. Helping shape messaging, supporting Franchise Owners, identifying PR opportunities, and ensuring our brand voice remains strong, consistent, and impactful.

You’ll be involved in:

  • Internal and external communications across the network
  • Press releases, articles, newsletters, and statements
  • Media relations and PR opportunities
  • Supporting Franchise Owners with communications activity
  • Protecting and strengthening brand messaging
  • Crisis and reputation management when required
  • Monitoring and reporting on communications performance

No two days will look the same, which means you’ll need to be adaptable, confident, and comfortable taking ownership.

About You:

We’re looking for someone with strong communications instincts and an even stronger mindset.

You may already work in communications, PR, media, content, or marketing and be ready for a bigger challenge. Or perhaps you feel underutilised in your current role and are looking for the chance to prove what you’re capable of.

We’d love to hear from you if you are:

  • Proactive and naturally take initiative
  • Driven, resilient, and solutions-focused
  • Confident communicating with a range of stakeholders
  • Able to influence and challenge professionally
  • Organised and able to manage competing priorities
  • Quick to learn and eager to develop
  • Someone who sees opportunities and acts on them

Experience in communications or PR is important, but we’re open-minded about background. What matters most is that you bring the energy, attitude, and determination to succeed.

Why this role is different:

This isn’t a role where you’ll sit in the background.

You’ll have genuine ownership, visible impact, and the opportunity to help shape communications across a growing national network.

For the right person, this role offers significant opportunity to grow, develop, and make your mark.
