About the Role
We are looking for a Senior PR & Social Media Manager to shape how Moss shows up in culture, conversation and the media.
This is a hands-on leadership role for a strategic thinker who can move confidently from long-range planning and senior stakeholder counsel to excellent day-to-day execution. Reporting to the Head of Marketing and leading one direct report, you will develop and deliver an integrated PR, organic and paid social, influencer and talent strategy that builds brand fame, strengthens reputation, grows engaged communities and drives traffic and commercial performance across store and site.
This is an excellent opportunity for a commercially-minded communications professional who enjoys translating culture and product into distinctive, social-first storytelling within a fast-moving, modern menswear brand.
What You'll Be Doing
- Owning an insight-led PR, organic and paid social, influencer and talent strategy aligned to Moss's brand, customer and commercial objectives.
- Translating business priorities into an annual roadmap and seasonal, social-first micro-campaigns across key channels including Instagram and TikTok.
- Leading proactive communications across fashion, lifestyle, consumer, retail and corporate media to build Moss's authority in modern menswear.
- Owning press office activity, including media enquiries, pitching, product seeding, spokesperson briefing and influencer outreach.
- Planning and delivering press days, launches, previews and influencer activations end to end.
- Building and maintaining a strong network of journalists, editors, stylists, creators and cultural partners.
- Owning the organic social strategy and editorial calendar, and the paid social strategy in partnership with media specialists.
- Setting clear KPIs and measurement frameworks, reporting performance and recommendations to the Head of Marketing and Senior Leadership Team.
- Leading, coaching and developing one direct report.

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?
Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.
Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
