Senior Practice Accountant
TPF Recruitment is exclusively recruiting for a Senior Practice Accountant to join a fantastic, growing firm of accountants based in West Malling.

The practice is open to both full time and part time candidates. As a Senior Practice Accountant, you’ll enjoy a varied role across accounts, tax, bookkeeping, and VAT, managing client relationships and working closely with the directors to support the running and continued growth of the business.
Responsibilities
As a Senior Practice Accountant, your responsibilities will include:

- Preparing year end accounts for a range of clients.
- Preparing tax computations and returns.
- Supporting clients with bookkeeping and VAT requirements.
- Managing client relationships, answering queries, and providing practical advice.
- Managing deadlines and ensuring work is completed accurately and on time.
- Supporting the directors with the day-to-day running and growth of the practice.
- Supporting junior members of staff and reviewing their work as necessary.
Requirements
To be considered for this Senior Practice Accountant opportunity, you’ll have:
- Previous experience within an accountancy practice.
- A strong background in accounts preparation and tax.
- A good understanding of bookkeeping and VAT.
- Confidence managing client relationships and taking ownership of your workload.
- A friendly, collaborative approach and an interest in contributing to a growing practice.
