Senior Practice Engagement Manager, EMEA

Finance & Accounting Transformation | CFO Advisory | AI & GBS

Location: UK / Europe (Flexible)

Are you a trusted advisor to CFOs with a passion for business transformation, digital innovation, and AI-led operating models?

We're looking for a Senior Practice Engagement Manager to join our EMEA leadership team. This is a high-impact role where you'll work with some of the world's leading organisations, helping CFOs and Global Business Services (GBS) leaders transform their Finance functions through innovative outsourcing, automation, analytics, and AI-enabled solutions.

What You'll Be Doing

  • Build and maintain strategic relationships with CFOs, Group Controllers, and GBS Leaders across EMEA.
  • Act as a trusted advisor to senior executives, helping shape their Finance transformation agenda.
  • Co-lead large transformational deal pursuits and outsourcing bids from qualification through to closure.
  • Collaborate with solution, consulting, and delivery teams to create winning propositions.
  • Champion AI-first transformation strategies and identify opportunities to drive productivity and business value.
  • Support executive governance of major transformation programmes across EMEA.
  • Develop thought leadership through webinars, whitepapers, and client-facing content.
  • Mentor and develop colleagues within pursuit and consulting teams.

What We're Looking For

  • A deep knowledge of the F&A/GBS transformation landscape and the latest trends and best practices
  • Strong experience in Finance Transformation, Shared Services, GBS, Outsourcing, or Consulting.
  • Strong experience engaging with CFOs and senior Finance stakeholders.
  • Proven track record supporting large-scale transformation and outsourcing programmes.
  • Deep understanding of Finance & Accounting operating models and digital transformation.
  • Experience shaping complex, multi-country business transformation opportunities.
  • Strong commercial acumen with the ability to influence and communicate at C-suite level.
  • Knowledge of AI, automation, analytics, and digital finance solutions.
