Referment is working with a regulatory-technology SaaS provider whose platform automates reporting, compliance and financial-risk processes for major financial institutions.
This senior pre-sales role is the technical and regulatory bridge between prospective clients, Sales and Product. You will lead discovery, shape solution approaches and give banking stakeholders confidence that complex reporting requirements can be translated into a workable implementation.
The Role
- Run discovery workshops covering regulatory reporting processes, data architecture and business challenges.
- Design solution approaches and deliver demonstrations tailored to each institution's use case.
- Support complex enterprise sales cycles through RFPs, due-diligence responses, technical assessments and clear value propositions.
- Produce implementation approaches and solution documentation, and feed market insight into Product.
- Represent the business at relevant client meetings, conferences and industry events; some travel may be required.

What We're Looking For
- Five or more years in pre-sales, solution consulting, implementation consulting or regulatory reporting.
- Strong knowledge of banking reporting such as COREP, FINREP, liquidity, leverage, large exposures or resolution reporting.
- A record of influencing successful, high-value enterprise software opportunities.
- Confidence with senior financial-institution stakeholders and the ability to turn technical complexity into business outcomes.
- Experience responding to RFPs and collaborating across Sales, Product, Engineering and Delivery.
