We sell network and data centre infrastructure and provide technical design, installation, and support services, in addition to Switchshop products and managed services to customers.
Company Background
The company was established in 2000 and has grown consistently ever since. We currently have around 92 employees, operating mainly from our offices in St. Albans, Hertfordshire, with a growing number based at our office in Glasgow.

Services
Switchshop operates an in-house 9am until 5pm service desk supporting our customer base. As well as an on-call 24×7 service to a specific subset of customers. Focused technologies on the service desk include Fortinet, Aruba, and Sonicwall. We also offer training to provide support and fault-finding knowledge on our preferred VoIP platform which is Splicecom.
