Senior Pre-School Room Leader in Gerrards Cross - Growing Nursery Group

£31-35k (dependent on experience and qualifications) + benefits

Location: Gerrards Cross, Buckinghamshire (SL9), with excellent links by road and public transport

Our client is a growing nursery group with a genuinely warm, family feel, opening an exciting new setting in Gerrards Cross. They're looking for a Senior Pre-School Room Leader to step up as third in charge, bringing strong people leadership to a busy, well-established pre-school room.

This is a nursery built for discovery, with bright, well-equipped rooms, a dedicated dining room for shared mealtimes, and green open space just steps from the door for outdoor learning and adventure. On-site parking keeps drop-offs and pick-ups simple too. It's a genuinely exciting time to join, with ambitious plans to grow and a track record across the group of investing properly in staff development. For a senior practitioner ready to put their own stamp on a room, this is a rare chance to shape the setting close to the ground floor.

On offer is a salary of £31-35k, a supportive and empathetic ownership team who prioritise staff happiness and retention, and genuine progression opportunities as the nursery and wider group continue to grow.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
